[rti4empowerment] Help from Supreme Court Advocates in Public importance case

 

Dear Friends, My wife Nutan needs help of some advocate friend from Supreme Court as regards a Special Leave Petition (SLP) she plans to file regarding the order and final judgement dated 10/04/2012 of Allahabad High Court, Lucknow Bench  in Writ Petition No 2685 of 2012 (M/B) (Dr Nutan Thakur vs Union of India). It is related to two newspaper articles related to Army movement where she sought detailed independent enquiry about some serious facts enumerated in the two articles.
