[rti4empowerment] Private DTH operaters

 

Private DTH operators are charging heavily for their services. When starting we are buying Dish, Set-top Box etc., and if we are not satisfied with their services, they will not take back the STB and Dish they supplied, which should be thrown out. Even though the same dish and STB can be utilized for some other Operators no one prefers.

Is there any chances or alternatives for this? Like we change our cell phone without changing the number?
