Subject :-    Dusty and broken roads in Jalandhar city - a    Health   Hazard    to the General Public.
Respected Sir,
                     Please find attached a soft copy of letter No.22/2012 and copy of newspaper Times of India (Jalandhar Times) dated 29.03.2012 on the above subject for information and necessary action in a LARGER PUBLIC INTEREST. An early action in the matter is requested as issue involve is very serious and it may cause threat to fundamental right of citizens guranteed under article 21 (Right to life) in Indian Consitution.
