I went through the Entire Attachments . Te presidents Office Letter uses a Word "liase" so my moot query is -----???
Indians who know British English usally use a Word "pardon me" now adays our USof A acquinted people say "come BacK'

One of the RTI Applicant complained to the president of india against one of the state information commissioner of Karnataka  , 

The President of india transfered the petition to Chief secretary Govt of Karnataka 
The Chief secretary of govt of karnataka  forwarded the petition to Secretary of Karnataka information commission and now who will take the action ?

Enclosed the necessary documents obtained under RTI Act
