Demands and needs of TPS III , Santacruz East place before candidates of Ward 86, Mumbai.
- TPS III does not have pipe gas because Mahanagar Gas ltd finds it costly to supply in small buildings. But govt had told them to supply gas by 1995 to each and every building. What will u do to ensure that we get piped gas?
- BMC does not clean drains regularly. Cleaning before monsoon is necessary. 10th rd and 12 th rd junction is always flooded in monsoon. What will you do to ensure that BMC staff cleans drains, they don't choke?
- Nagar sevak get nidhi funds. We want 1/3 rd of funds to be spent on TPS 3 after the discussion with residents of tps 3. Can u assure transparency??
- Will u be available once in 15 days at fix time and fix place to TPS 3 members in TPS 3 for 1 hour regularly and will form TPS 3 welfare sanstha? Any change in schedule must be communicated by sms to members.
- We want only garden of TPS 3 to be brought to the level of bets in Mumbai. Will you do that??
- There is no swimming pool in TPS 3. There is a provision in Santacruz Gymkhana. Will you ensure that swimming pool comes up in 2 years?
- The condition of Golibar subway, pedestrian subway, and sky walk is very bad. There r no proper lights, paan has been spit all over spreading TB and other diseases,. Will you ensure that they r clean and hygienically kept and r well lit?
- Sr. citizens, handicap and pregnant women find it difficult to climb skywalk. Will you ensure that lifts are installed and needy are given passes and rest can pay for lift or some advertisers sponsor and use sky walk for advertisements.
- There r food stalls which serve food beyond 10 pm and disturb sleep of neighbor hood. What will you do abt it.
- Court has ordered that only 6 tempos can be parked between Regency hotel and Hanuman Mandir and rest can be parked below flyover. How will you ensure this?
- BMC staff is very rude, does not reply to letters, do not give replies to RTI queries. How will you ensure that citizens are attended nicely, and replies are given to the satisfaction.
- BMC should allow V N Desai to run private clinics in evening hours where fees of Rs 50 to 100 is charged. This will help middle class families who nither want to take free service nor can afford high fees of private clinics/ hospitals.
- Give assurance that no new stall will come up in TPS 3 from the day of your election.
- How will you ensure that no loud music will be allowed in the name of religion and no religious procession is allowed between 4.30 to 8.30 pm being heavy traffic hours.
