[rti4empowerment] Re: Had Judiciary been kept out or RTI ambit, decisions like recent Madras High Court order requiring info-seekers to give reasons to request information not been there.

 

This decision need to be challenged. The high court has read much too far into the legislation accent, and to save its own registers, it has gone out of way to reason it.
