[rti4empowerment] More then police the Public prosecutors are corrupt.....video record court proceedings ...demands Alok

More then police the Public prosecutors are corrupt. So whatever case police builds up the public prosecutor dilutes and makes money. So performance of PP has to be watched. If the conviction rate goes up the crime will reduce. Today there in no fear in the minds of those who take law in hand as they know that there will be no conviction. PP and court will delay the matter and hence the complainant, the witness and others get tired and they loose the interest in pursuing the matter and finally criminal gets a benefit.

If working and performance of PP and magistrate's courts are evaluated and improved then crime graph will go down considerably.

Most important is all proceedings of courts have to be video recorded until then no one will get justice and manmani ( callousness siding , misuse, extra arm tactics of saviors of criminals) will go on. Today criminal advocates are highly paid as they strike a deal with PP and others supposed to impart justice and unfortunately they become celebrity advocates.

And our media calls criminals their darling see Raja goonda is call by media as Raja bhaiya.This shows their connection with criminals and how they instead of condemning bad lawyers and bad elements make them celebrity.

India , conditions of Indian litigants, law and order will improve drastically Only if court proceedings are video recorded.
