Friends,

My children Tanaya and Aditya had registered a FIR against Sri Nirmal Baba at the Gomtinagar police station in Lucknow in May 2012. This was followed by a complaint case against me, wife Nutan and the two children in June 2012 by Ms Shashi Yadav daughter of Ms Bimla Yadav, resident of Sushant Lok, Gurgaon before Hon'ble Judicial Magistrate, Gurgaon for having registered a FIR against Sri Nirmal Baba and for having used derogatory remarks against him.  This complaint was made under section 295A IPC (hurting the religious sentiment of a group) and was later pusued under section 298 IPC. The complaint said that these four persons, including the two children were using derogatory language against Sri Nirmal Baba, hurting other's religious sentiments.

Sri Aashu Kumar Jain, Hon'ble Judicial Magistrate, Gurgaon dismissed this complaint by saying that Ms Shashi has not prove any such derogatory remarks. The order also said that the complainant could not prove even prima-facie that Sri Nirmal Baba was portraying any separate or special religion himself so that the religious feelings of his religious followers could be hurt.
Based on these facts, the Hon'ble Court dismissed the complaint application for registering FIR against us at the initial stage itself.

This order of the Hon'ble Court would certainly act as a booster to all four of us to get engaged further in social activities.
