Today i Got an Telecon from Mr SL of Janakandi , He Sought info from the Asst Commissioner of Goods & service Taxes dept, asking info on Sec 4.1.b declarations of the Dept (PA) very Hilarious rely hass been received .The Reply Says "According to RTI Act 2005 the Information Cannot be Provided "
I have asked him to Escalate it to DPAR & ATI Mysore
