Friends,
We have to file SLP as regards two HC orders dated 09/04/2014 and 11/04/2014 and we shall try to file it on 09/07/2014.
In such circumstances, will it be considered as being under 90 days time-limit for filing SLP or not, considering the near 2 months summer vacation in the Supreme Court? Or do we need to file delay condonation as being beyond 90 days?
