it is not a murder case to give benefit of doubt to release accused of murder charges.11ooo crores was charged by the IT dept.there cannot be any room for mistakes or fake assessments.if the SC suspected any such thing apart from deciding in favor of vodofone it should have ordered proper inquiry.other wise one can come to the conclusion that the judges are corrupt. there is a talk among the top sc advocates in such cases the spoils will be shared by the sc judges equally.
