With great good shock ( u rearly get good shock in Indian System) I found ur name in :http://legalservices.maharashtra.gov.in/Links/functionaries/district_authority.htm#mumbai

 

That means u r in district body of legal services. That is a enormous task. As a very enlightened and responsible person un r aware that in most cases 3 rg generation of litigants r suffering in courts, 3 cr cases r pending, it will take 400 yrs to clear the back log.

 

Pl. enlighten as a member what have u conceived,propsed,and put to implementation your ideas to clear the sickening backlog. Cause I have hope from u.Most others r there in commitee / panel cause they want :

1.  to satisfy their ego flight
2. they r obsessed with getting more and more posts/ appointments/ opportunity to rub shoulder with who's who etc. etc.
3. cause each post / membership gives certain benefits ( monetary or otherwise)

But they nither have time nor intention to improve the lot of suffering litigants ( and for that matter an ordinary common man).

 

The responsibilities of commissioners / collectors,secretaries / judges etc are already so enormous/ huge and responsible that why they keep hoarding more and more responsibilities can only be awnswered by a psychiatrists.

 

Any sane person will take any responsibility when:

 

• He has time to attend to them
• He has resources to sustain
•  he has creativity/ vision/ will for accomplishing the task before the august body ( rest keep amassing posts/ positions  for the reasons which only can be analyesd by a mental health expert)

So only an RTI can find whether these illusionaries ( press calles them luminiaries)
 really devote time and attend meetings/ whether they have really done justice to they being on such posts of great importance? Whether they read agenda, prepare themselves, participate, execute, supervise and finally publicise their activities/ achievements?? I dont these overworked/ over busy ( some in their main responsibilities and others in Adarsh type of activiteis ) ever do justice?

 

I repeat I have hope from you. Like great activist Shailesh Gandhi you should also give up all other responsibiliites and only do justice to the mission justice to so many millions suffering in indian courts for decades .
