[rti4empowerment] Information about RTI martyrs

As I had already requested u previously, me and my wife Nutan are writing a book on RTI martyrs. For various reasons, the book has got delayed. 

We have the following request-
1. Kindly point out any other name of RTI martyrs which has got left here
2. Kindly help us by providing information about the RTI martyrs about whom u have some information
