| Instead of taking action against the criminals, the Uttar Pradesh police has started arresting innocent people for no fault of theirs. Maybe this was the reason why Bijendra Yadav who formed a society named 'Kalyaan' for the welfare of the Uttar Pradesh police constables and their families has been illegally detained in the Cantt police station by the Allahabad police, when he was on his way to the Allahabad High Court. Sri Yadav had earlier been terminated from the service for establishing Kalyaan and was suspended after being reinstated by the High Court. Now he has been illegally detained in order to harass and torture him. On being asked, he told that he was unaware of the reason of detention but the policemen were constantly talking something about Kalyaan. He also said that he hopes of getting justice in the Special Court, where the hearing of this case is due today night.
