What kind of better performance by public authorities do you expect
by posting an article on joys of anal sex??
(unless you are being metaphorical )

You also spelt public as pubic.
Unless that was a typo, I think you are in the wrong group.
We demand better perfomance from public and Not PUBIC aithorities.

I fail to see what role RTI has to play in sexually exploring the nether regions
