You may not need a job.
Maybe you get paid for filing RTI enquiries.
but others need jobs to pay bills and generally get on with Life.

Posting an off topic mail now and then does not defeat the purpose
of a group. Rather it helps to maintain perspective.

You may not agree with it.
That however does not give you the right to use language
that is ridiculing in nature (You called the job mail as stupid)

The Owner and moderator enjoy complete soveiregnity
in deciding whether to close the group or take punitive action.

If you believe this group is doing time pass, you would do well
to start a group yourself or leave this one.
