UP RTI rules 2015 are finally out and are available at https://www.docdroid.net/kfmuE5e/up-rti-rules-2015.pdf.html
As U all are aware that our organization YAISHWARYAJ is meeting with UP Governor Sri Ram Naik ji on coming 11-01-16 at his residence in Lucknow to have a discussion over these rules also so U are requested to send your views on these anti-RTI rules to me upto or before 10-01-16 so that I should include your valuable views in our discussion with UP Governor.
We have decided to file a PIL in Lucknow bench of Allahabad High Court to oppose these rules so please send your views and analysis on these rules to us so that we should be able to oppose these in optimal way in our meeting with UP Governor and also in High Court through the PIL Route.
pls. do send ur suggestions positively to help save RTI in UP.
