Urvashi Ji a very good intiative and effort on your part. I fully agree with your views. It is high time and now we should think seriously to challenge the UP RTI Rules 2015 in Hon'ble High Court if we have to save the Act from these bureurats and inexperienced Information Commissioners who ewen do not know about "A" of the Act and delivering illegal orders.
If I am not wrong one State High Court has delivered judgement that Information Commissions should deliver the judgement in 45 days as we have been demanding.
I can give you the copy of the order when I return to India.
