Sub.: Punish I.A.S. officers of Uttar Pradesh who are responsible for
committing the unconstitutional act of issuing suspension order &
initiating major penalty proceedings against the young lady IAS
officer Mrs. Durga Shakti Nagpal
Sir,
This refers to ill treatment of Mrs. Durga Shakti Nagpal by the
bureaucrats of Uttar Pradesh. The I.A.S. officer who signed the
suspension order at around midnight in full knowledge of the fact that
what he was doing was in contravention of the civil service statute.
Similarly, the I.A.S. officer who has issued the letter informing
DOPT about initiation of major penalty proceedings against Mrs. Durga
Shakti Nagpal is guilty of an unlawful act in utter contravention of
the civil service statute.
I criticize such type of sycophant IAS officers with a deep feeling
of sorrow, because they lack the right decision making capacity and
are a Burdon on state exchequer. Such officers should be sacked from
services for their wrongdoings.
We should not forget the upright IAS officers such as Sri Mahmood
Butt who was known for his integrity and had courage to go against
then Prime minister Mrs. Indira Gandhi.
Punish all those I.A.S. officers of Uttar Pradesh who are directly or
indirectly responsible for committing the unconstitutional act of
issuing suspension order & initiating major penalty proceedings
against the young lady IAS officer Mrs. Durga Shakti Nagpal.
Actions of these I.A.S. officers of Uttar Pradesh are nothing but a
constitutional breakdown. And through this letter of mine,I am
requesting the President of India. Sri Pranab Mukherjee and Chief
Justice of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India also to intervene and take
necessary measures to punish the culprits and restore faith of citizen
of India in our Constitution.
