Finally, I have received information against all the points of Information requested through RTI Dated: 16-09-2013, on Study Reports carried out for the purpose of development works within the jurisdiction of MCGM:
1. Footpaths.2. Road & Street.3. Traffic Signaling System.4. Road & Street Markings (which convey official information about the its designated use to drivers and pedestrians).5. Pedestrian underpass Sub-ways & overpass Flyovers.6. On Street & Off Street Parking.
> Information Received:
Point No. 1 & 2 - Earlier PIO Roads had informed that - No Study ever carried out !
Point No. 3, 4 & 6 - Now PIO Traffic Informs - No Study ever carried out !
Point No. 5 - Now PIO Bridges Informs - No Study ever carried out !

I had also asked for information on Code of Practice / Policy / Guidelines which lays down the design, specifications & overall guidelines on roads & streets work proposals relating to development works, within the jurisdiction of MCGM, for the ABOVE points, I will shortly share with you all the information received against the same.
