You have said following things in your order. I have highlighted para which I dispute and challenge:
A. Ask all litigants that when they approach / reach Indian courts do they have any cofidence in them??? I will say except for those who want to misuse the basic quality of delaying and harrassing courts alone are happy and confident in going to Indian Courts. Rather ppl have started settleing their scores by going to mafias and others rather going to courts. I do not have any faith and confidence that I will ever get honest order in time without delays, harrassments, without dates after dates , without my advocate and court staff arm twisting me. I go to courts of India with heavy heart, have to borrow funds to spend there ,instead of enjoying life, instead of spending time to serve the humanity and community or even my family and waste my life there cause I am a law abiding citizen and this Indian law does not give me any other option but to approach Indian courts. If they go for any globalisation then I will never ever approach Indian courts. If govt allows foreign law firms in India then if I can afford them I will prefer them as many advocates them selves say " see I can not suggest you any name for so and so court as most of them get sold at the hands of other party".
My stroy 1: case for damages in city civil court as my tenant made a false complaint against me on police no. 100. He and his father has harrased us , other neighbours for over 40 years. But for goingv to court you need time, money, evidence ( most difficult as they can threaten our witness, can implant false witness, can ensure that police and others do not appear in court or their records get misplaced and finally our advocate / or police can be diluted).
But due to the RTI ( which you have tried to dilute) this time I have strong case as I have in my possession computerised record of police stating that call came from so and so mobile, so and so was ( that in my premises prostitution is being solicited) complaint, then so and wirless van raided ad that they found nothing. Then I filed another RTI to local police station. Where complainent who was heavily drunk and was charged Rs 1200 and asked to remain present in court on a particular date. However he did not and the money was forfited. Armed with these documents and ( I also have cctv video recordings of who all visited at that time my premises, how police entered , how complainent was arguing with police, complainent had locked the gate of building which he can not as he is just a tenent etc etc..
I must have approached over 10 advocates for filing this case. 9 out of them said it is futile to file such a case in India as it will take years to get the order. The time and money ( on fees, out of pocket expenses, and judicial stamps ) which I will be spending will be much high then what courts will give you. They said unlike USA, UK, Australia Indian courts give peanuts. They further said even if you get an order ( peanut) in your favour but then to get it executed will be tough and expensive. In america etc the funds get automatically transferred to winning party.
Two of these advocates who became very sympathetic to my problems and to me said from any other person we would have taken entire fees in one go ( which they had quoted above Rs 1.5 lacs ) but would advise that I only go for criminal case as civil case for damages will take years and they added" a time comes when client and advocate both loose interest in case and ase fizzles out. Such is a faith of advocates themselves in courts, judicial system and other advocates.

makes it a mockerey, falsehood, misrepresentation of facts ( as facts of Indian courts are different) where hardly innocent person gets justice at reasonable costs and in reasonable time. It is only under RTI we get what we seek in reasonable time and at reasonable costs. RTI has given suffocated dying suffering enslaved Indians some freash air. But your order is going to make that too bad which will stink like 3 crores cases lying under your ass to be resolve in 400 years.

One and all whom we have approached for help, support have with one voice warned us to not to approach court as while courts will give you only harrassment and delay. They further added that going to Indian Courts means that even chnce of second marriage will be dim as by that time my daughter will loose her youth/ prime years. Most of them advised to break his legs rather going to court. Many advised to bribe police so that he can be dealt with 3rd degree but avoid court.Just today she was told by police counselors ( now a days that is a approach they take before registering a case under 498 A) that while your advocate and court will get you nothing and he will remain unpunished so better you approach his emplyers so he looses job. So people have faith in justice of employers, justice by taking law in hand and punishing him physically but no one out of over 100 persons have advised to go to court ( includes friends, relatives, police, advovcates, social workers, women rights org. etc )

I know since Indian Courts are larger then Indian gods are powerful then Indian parliament, are sensetive to true criticism like mafias who want to banish all those who criticise. I know i may be put behind bars for this mail but then some one has to sacrifice life to raise a open debate at international level to highlight arbitrariness and inefficiency of Indian Courts.

that appointments of legally qualified, judicially trained
and experienced persons would certainly manifest in more
effective serving of the ends of justice as well as ensuring
