My demands to the Bombay High Court (Union Government further below):
Regarding PIL 39/2012:
1) To know why the PIL on adjournments , being PIL 39/2012, was dismissed on 4.10.12 in the first place without giving the petitioner a chance to see the report from the Registrar dated 3.10.2012 alleging failure to comply with PIL rules of the High Court
2) To know why subsequently this citizen is being asked to file a fresh PIL, revival application or SLP, which wastes the resources and time of the courts and this citizen
3) To be allowed to make the changes required to rectify the alleged objections and argue the PIL for admission without wasting any more time and resources of the courts or this petitioner
Regarding my complaint about Justice Roshan Dalvi:
4) To know how and by when my complaint against Justice Roshan Dalvi will be handled.
5) to know details of the exact process by which Justice Roshan Dalvi was appointed to the Bombay High Court.
6) to know in detail how the collegium system worked in relation to the appointment of Justice Roshan Dalvi.
Regarding my complaints to the Bombay High Court to date and complaints in general (this information not available through RTI)
1) to know exact details of how my complaints filed between 2002 and today and how they have been handled. If simply filed, why were they simply filed and not acted upon.
2) to know whether or not there is an internal judicial LokPal or body to deal with complaints of any kind (I do not believe there is anything in the rules), and exact details and procedures regarding how such complaints are handled by the Bombay High Court (I do not believe there is anything in the rules).
3) to know whether or not there is an internal judicial LokPal or body to deal with complaints against judges (outside of the SIT) (I do not believe there is anything in the rules), and exact details and procedures regarding how such complaints against judges are handled by the Bombay High Court (I do not believe there is anything in the rules).
My demand to the Union Government:
To enact a strong Judicial Accountability Bill immediately, incorporating a Right To Recall Judges where citizens can recall any judge of any court by direct referendum.
