| Friends, These days one Sri Nirmal Baba is in news for all kinds of solutions he provides to the needy people. He claims to be a Godly person endowed with great Godly powers but the solutions he always proposes seem quite unconvincing. The kind of extremely simple and unbelievable solutions being provided by the Baba look ridiculous and abjectly humorous many a times. This also seems to be the kind of pitiable superstition that our country faces, where all kind of false Godmen go on exploiting the problems and retrograde believes of common people. Both my children Tanaya, class XII and Aditya, class X are also not convinced by whatever Sri Nirmal Baba is doing. They think this is nothing short of cheating and exploiting the religious sentiments of poor and helpless people. They also feel that this is a criminal act under sections 417, 419, 420 and 508 of the IPC. Yesterday (11 April 2012) evening they went to Gomtinagar police station in Lucknow to register an FIR against "Nirmal Baba" for charges of cheating by impersonation. The officer in charge did not register the case. This certainly was a new experience for the children. Today they will go once again to police station at 12 noon to register case of cheating. I do feel happy about the way these two young persons have taken up an important cause. Hope they will get support from all of you and many more for this cause. well done Tanaya and Aditya. Nirmal Baba was sending legal notices to others. Now is the time for him to reply. Congratulations Mr. Thakur for having such brave and rational children.
