Respected Sh Dv Singh is a non entity,whose only purpose is to get
re-entry into kitchen cabinet by hook or by crook--virtually the
later. He competes with other hon'ble political perona like Sh Mulayam
Singh and Sh Arjun Singh etc in minority vote bank politics.They can't
and wouldn't see all other issues of national /international
importance.They have virtually non-existant capabilities for proactive
development.They have just to be tolerated for some more time.
