[rti4empowerment] Re: is UP executive's decision not to share riot's related info to the legislature is tenable in the eye of law ?

Denying information without quoting any provision of thr Right to Information Atc 2005, and to with a justification as how that provision is applicable in this case, is unlawfully. Moreover the matter of privileges of the MLAs/House is also a point to be seen. Regards.
