We know of Government employees living in hutments/slums but keep amassing properties after properties in cities and villages however giving an impression that they are poor and downtrodden! In such cases it is a necessity to live in slums so that they can enjoy everything in life and have a royal life after retirement escaping action from all ills!
Most of the builders, hand in glows with politicians and bureaucrats have to pretend as if suffering loss and the accounts are made up to reflect so! Vadra-DLF case is an excellent example showing how builders connive with the system! 50-60 crores given to Vadra under the guise of land transaction should certainly benefit DLF ro the tune of thousands of crores! Just like energy is not lost wealth/assets too are not lost, if one is a looser another is a gainer- of course within the syndicate! 2G, 3G, Coalgate scams are all the results of such arrangements!!
