Pl. join for celebration of 24th anniversary of RAD Suit no. 2145 of 1990 filed on 25/06/1990 Pl. join for celebration of 24th anniversary of RAD Suit no. 2145 of 1990 filed on 25/06/1990 at 2.30 pm @ Small Causes Court, Bhaskar building , W E Highway, Bandra East. Case is filed on me by tenant claiming tenancy to terrace without any document in her hand in her favour. But her successful senior advocate is able to ensure that main suit does not move an inch. I will go to temple on that day and then distribute prasad to all advocates, judges and court staff on 24th anniversary of this case which has taken away my young age, and while having all types of common problems in life like met with an accident, sick seniors at home like grand father, father, mother, having to attend small children during their ill health and exams , attending to business etc and yet keep attending court, keep paying advocates, staff, courts etc etc. Now the plaintiff Bina Chowdhury is 84 years of age and still not asking court to expedite the main suit as her only motto is to harass me and squeeze best out of me if and when I want to sell / develop / use the building.I will also be presenting cactus bouquet to Judges.
