Wanna feel the heat of Akhilesh's SAMAJWAAD, just File a corruption related RTI concerning any of the departments being handled by U.P. Information Commissioner Arvind Singh Bisht, expect and press for disposal of case as per RTI act and you shall surely taste the food of Lucknow jail. All this is sure to happen because Arvind Singh Bisht is no ordinary person because he is a kin of U.P.C.M. Akhilesh Yadav and also all corners of system are there ready to concoct a cock n bull story as per whims & fancies of their corrupt masters.
Today, CJM Lucknow denied bail to RTI user Ashok Kumar Goyal and sent him to jail.
Ashok kumar Goyal's only fault : He sought information from Municipal Corporation of Lucknow and wanted his case no. S1-4418/C/2013 to be disposed in accordance with provisions of RTI act 2005. I think that in today's ULTA-RAAJ of Uttar Pradesh Ashok Goyal deserved it because eroding the lands of ponds has become a constitutional right like thing of (corrupt) authorities and anybody questioning their (corrupt) acts and poking his nose to rectify the system has to meet with the same fate.
This is noteworthy to mention that the same IC is a habitual latecomer and never attends the office for full time.
After murders of RTI users in U.P. , this is something new from U.P. that I wanted to share with you all.
Since there are cameras installed in UPSIC so I am sure that unless and until UPSIC bows down to the lowest level and destroys the CCTV record, truth shall surely prevail but what about the harassment of RTI user and unethical approach of Information commissioner to implicate a RTI user falsely?
Sending this mail to you all with the demand to flood mailbox of governor of UP for a CBI inquiry of recent cases related to harassment/murders of RTI users in Uttar Pradesh.
Please help and don't let U.P. decay because a corruption free India cannot be imagined without a corruption free U.P.
