Today it can be said about the United States of America that if there is a land of opportunity anywhere in the world, it is here, it is here, it is here.
Just imagine. A young boy of 16 years, fearing anti Jewish sentiments in Ukraine, comes to the USA along with his mother around the year 1992. The mother and son get a small two room apartment with government help to live. The mother takes up babysitting and the son sweeps floors of a grocery store. The mother is diagnosed cancer and they live off her disability allowance and food stamps. The boy, however, continues his studies. He becomes a computer engineer and joins an internet company. He leaves the job after a decade and launches a mobile Application. He sells his company after five years for a sum of 19 billion dollars. His personal wealth comes to about 6.8 billion dollars. And, thus, a person living out of dole becomes billionaire within a matter of just five years after starting the venture and two decades after he immigrated into the country. Where else is it possible except in America?
