Ours is a mini party hall ( AC) with 70 seat capacity. But if the floating crowd is there then u can hv party for more then 200 as all guests do not come together. Beautifully made but extravaganza avoided as then common man will not be able to afford.
Rent for 3 hrs is Rs 6000/- which includes lights, mic, music facility ( loud not allowed) , 70 chairs, 2 tables, toilet, AC, out side lawn for buffet. The time for decoration or setting up and winding up of catering is given without any charge.
For meeting purpose ( training,marketing,lecture etc) hall is given at discounted rate.
For good community service project hall can be given at still rock-bottom rate just to cover essential services costs.
For activism like police reforms, judicial reforms, women and sr citizens rights, RTI etc Hall will be given free.
Normally 3-4 car parking is available free.
Non veg and alcohol strictly not allowed. Strict closing time 10 pm but caterer is allowed to wind up beyond that.
No monopoly for Decoration and catering.
Pasting/nailing not allowed.
Convenient location as touching western express highway, 5 minutes from Santacruz Station, 10 minutes drive from airport.
