Friends,
I present an important PIL filed by my wife Dr Nutan Thakur as regards transfer of a High Court Judge from Lucknow bench to Allahabad Bench, along with the order of the High Court delivered today.
The PIL prays for staying the transfer of the High Court Judge and also prays for formation of a Grievance redressal committee for complaints against Judges right from the subordinate judiciary to the High Court.
The PIL and the High Court order might throw some light on the issues related with judiciary and challenges being faced by it and hence I present both, in larger public interest, for your kind reading and comments please
