Mr. Suleman bhamani is fromt runner in exposing corruption ahd helping others in their efforts to cleanse the society from this social evil. His efforts are commendable and we are all behind him.

It is the time now to pesurise the stae Governments and the Cenral Government to bring in the Protection of the Whistle Blower Act immiduately and sensitize the District Administration as well as law enforcing agencies to immediately act to protect them. The Chief Justice of India should also be represented to spell a law till pariament do its job.

I invite all and sundry to start drafting a draft law to be petitioned befor the Chief Justice of India.

Owing to sincere efforts of the RTI Actvist Advocate H.C. Arora of Chandigarh, who practie at Punjab & Haryana High Court, we have a Policy in place in Punjab, Haryana and UT Chandigarh for protection of the Whisle Blowers and RTI Activists, which he got implemented through Punjab & Haryana High Court in 2012 [CWP-832 of 2012] which can be seen/downloaded from the attachments.

We strongly condemn the attack. It is also a matter of great concern to us that several law-abiding citizens and whistle blowers are being assaulted but law enforcing agencies have failed to take any strict action on them.

This time we will make sure that the person behind this attack should be arrested and exposed before the public. To do so, we are committed for everything. We will fruther show them that we are not alone and if required we all can come forward altogether to fight with them.

Tommorrow, we will give them 72 hours time to arrest all the people (including the master minds), failing which we will hold indefinite dharnapradarsh before Goregaon Police Station from Saturday- 19th January 2013 onwards..
