Hello Experts/Friends,
I have a RTI second appeal put up for hearing in CIC in last week of January.
I can not appear in person as I am out of India.
1. Can an advocate, an agent or my family member represent my case?
2. If yes, please advice what is procedure for same.
3. Do I need to give general or special power of attorney to the person to represent my case on my behalf?
