[rti4empowerment] While Honoring the Supreme court verdict WP(Civil) No. 210 of 2012] on RTI act be prepared to challange it in SCI

 

dear all,

today every rti activist of India and abroad has the job of analysing
the Supreme court verdict WP(Civil) No. 210 of 2012] on RTI act .

i am a simple rti user turned activist and does not possess much of
legal knowledge.
i work 75% from heart and 25% from mind.

i believe RTI act has to be in its simplest form so that even an
illiterate can use it.
but shall it be possible now.

a first hand look at the verdict makes me write that we should While
Honoring the Supreme court verdict WP(Civil) No. 210 of 2012] on RTI
act be prepared to challange it in SCI , if possible.

or else,we all are here to see what happens to RTI and
INfo-Commissions in INDIA.
