Dear Mr. Ramesh Misra, Thanks for posting this e-mail. I have also found that Shailesh Gandhi does not bother about the results of his hearing. He has no time to look into the matter when PIOs say that they have brought the material with them and would give it to the appellant after the hearing. When you find that the material given to you is not the material/information asked. When you write to him, he simply says case is closed. There are hundreds of cases where residents of Hyderabad, Baroda, Chennai, Guwahati, etc. were made members of CGHS; allotted flats which they immediately sold off at ten times the cost they paid for flats. He just to favour the concerned PIO of the RCS office admits that Delhi Cooperative Societies Act was made All India CGHS and three years residence is Delhi was not required as provided in Delhi Cooperative Societies Act. Mr Misra, I may be of your AGE or just one or two years younger. I am not yet Eighty and have been student of Delhi School of Economics in early 60s. rtidwarka 06.03.2012. --- On Tue, 3/6/12, gandhi times <gandhi_times@yahoo.co.in> wrote:
