A Begger found 100 rs. He decided 2 have a Great Dinner.
He went to a 5 Star Hotel & enjoyed a Dinner.When Bill came, he said,"I have no Money". Manager called Police & handed the Begger over 2 them.The Begger gave 100rs. to Policeman & got himself Free....Is this FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT or CRISIS MANAGEMENT?
