Just quoting below one vital change included in the RTI Rules :
Quote4. Request for Information: A person who desires to obtain any information from a public authority under sub-section (1) of Section 6 of the Act, shall pay an application fee of Rs. 10/- to the public authority alongwith the application;Provided that the request for information shall relate only to one subjectmatter and shall be limited to two hundred and fifty words, excluding the address of the Central Public Information Officer and the address of the applicant.Unquote

Subject : Amendment to RTI Rules.
The Government proposes to notify Right to Information Rules in supersession of the existing rules, namely, the Right to Information (Regulation of Fee and Cost) Rules, 2005 and the Central Information Commission (Appeal Procedure) Rules, 2005.
