Dear Sirs,

I am enclosed  numbers of pending cases with the Central Information Commission- Commissioner wise.

Table will clearly show, pending cases more than six months are deliberate action by most of the Information Commissioner.

Because pending cases (3 to 6 months) are less than 50% three months old cases, it means cases (3 to 6 moths old) were decided earlier than sixmonth old cases.

Some of the cases may be pending were due to appeals or stay orders etc (in similar matters in courts)

From the table above, it is clear Four Commissioners has almost zero pendency cases more than six month. And lion share of pending more than 1 cases are with Former Chief WB , and these are very high important cases , which should be decided in a month.

Steps taken by the Present CIC Mr ANT is very good.
