Was Selection of CIC & CVC was a unanimous decision ?
Need to look at following quote from PTI story :
"Vijai Sharma tipped to be new CIC; KV Chowdary may be CVC"

Was there any disagreement between deemed LOP (Kharge) ?
Think it may be ... Vijay Sharma name was a make shift arrangements...
What about names of 03 ICs ? If Vijay Sharma is appointed will Govt appoint 04 ICs ?
Buzz is that File(s) with Selection Committee(s) recommendation for CIC & CVC were sent to President Sectt only on June 05, 2015 late in the afternoon only.
Will know on Tuesday, June 9, 2015 or thereafter......
