For even contensting for the post panchyat member, the candidate has to declare assets and liabilities, pan number of him, spouse and dependents.  But candidate contesting for the  President post there was no need submit above said document. i enclosed nomination filed by the President of India, smt Pratibha Patel. PIO has sent only nomination, I think there was no need to file asset deceleration affidavit. 1. signature of Former Chief minister karundhnidhi in english. 2.  some of MP name are written, signature are missing e.g.Praful patel( 11), Rao inderjit singh (24), Kanti lal Bhuria (28) and Taslimuddin (29). 3.
