Good day Dear Brothers and Sisters, Its Friday, April 8th 2011  The fast by Anna Hazare has taken the nation by storm. Until a couple of weeks back, no one knew or cared what kind of corruption was there in the country and now suddenly all want to be on the bandwagon ... I call it a bandwagon because that is what happens when people sense a winning horse .. they want in They want in the Glory They want in the accolades that are going to flow later on Bollywood also supports corrupt politicians, money launderers, criminals...and works with them. Anna and the issues were not known to them 2 weeks ago. Many issues, not even a twinkle in the eye of Anna, is also not known to the Bollywood crowd. It takes one person to take a stand for the bullies to shake in their proverbial pants and give up on their bluff And yet, No one wants to be THAT one person. But everyone wants to be the one after. Why is that?? Nothing aganist Anna Hazare. He has taken up something that we all know is endemic. And the first voices and murmurings of dissent too have started. That He was too hasty ... That he has an agenda That he is playing to the gallery No idea about that And one of our own Yu Ye in the CYBUGLE Yahoogroups has raised questions on the merit of creating another quasi-judicial body when the need of the hour is IMPLEMENTATION. I can't find any reason to disagree with that too, as more than once I've stressed and emphasised on the importance of self integrity before seeking or developing it in others.. But with Anna hazare, a spark has been lit.
