To, The honorable chief justice, through Tmt. S. Vimala Chennai high court, Esplanade , Chennai 600108. Subject. : - Enormous delay in life saving case. Reference: - The writ petition no 39285/2005 dated 7/12/2005 is still pending in Chennai high court without taking for enquiry. The PIL petition no W.P. No. 30435 of 2007 was disposed of without conducting any enquiry The above case is connected with the death of ten thousand innocents due to Tsunami .I have proof to show that it is due to the carelessness of few officials and ignorance of some other officials. The case is not yet taken up for investigation by the honorable court. As I am an aged man of 66 years with several physical complications I can not wait for more years for the verdict. The IMD filed false affidavit in this case. Their counter affidavit filed by Mr.S.Sridharan Deputy Director General of meteorology Chennai 600006 & V.Rajagopalan Asst Meteorologist is false. I am having proof for it.In their counter affidavit page 5 Para 11 they mentioned that IMD has no knowledge about the demonstration of our equipment before Tamilnadu state counsel for science and technology is completely false. The demonstration on 20-7-05 was arranged by our H.E governor S.S. Burnala at TNSC .The list of invitees shows the first name itself is the Director of our meteorological department. I am the one issued the warning two hours before Tsunami struck our coast to local government run T.V.Station ( Podigai ,Chennai ) The name of person attended my telephone call is Mr. Chellappan. Even though I am not a bonafide person to issue this type of warning why Mr Chellappan has not passed my alert message to his higher authority? The C.D containing the conversation between me and Mr. Chellappa who received my phone call, & between me and P.V.Kannan a higher official of door dharshan who accepts that they received my alert message & the conversation between me and Mr.T. Ramakrishnan a special correspondent from The Hindu news paper who confirms that IMD is not interested in writing the article on the usage of this life saving equipments were handed over to the group of officials from police commissioner office headed by Mr. Venkateswar to my house on 8th October 2005.The case number 3055 of 2007/cp filed in Human right commission was not properly enquired ,why ?. When it was scientifically possible for me with the use of my simple instrument designed by me ( Earthquake alarm ) in the year 2001 itself and the usage was not accepted by the government officials why our meteorological department who claims having better instruments failed to issue the warning. As per the advice of our Governor His Excellency Surjit Sing Burnala I have demonstrated how it was possible for me to alert when others failed on 20-7-2005 at TNSC. This was attended and appreciated by several leading scientist. The first name appears in the list of invitees to attend the demonstration itself is IMD Chennai. The evidence is available with me. But in their affidavit they say they are not aware of the demonstration given by me. That is mere ignorance and carelessness on their part. To avoid re occurrence of these types of mistakes these people should be punished. I am expecting your early reaction on this issue. The complaints made to police, human right commission are of no use. Hence I am requesting you to expedite the case. I will be happy to undergo any punishment if my complaint proved to be false. I am continuing to get insulting and irresponsible letters from different connected government agencies. My aim is to save the people from different types of disasters and accidents That is why without expecting any monitory benefit I have designed several safety equipments.
