I need a advise with you, actually I have filed RTI application to the ministry
of education in which 4 information had been asked dated 08/08/2010 and received
by them on 13/08/2010,but when i did not received any reply from them I filed
1st appeal on 26/11/2010,but yesterday on 02/12/2010 i got a reply letter dated
30/09/2010 of the RTI in which it was intimated to me that two information are
concerned with different section of same ministry, one is concerned with AICTE,
one is concerned with labor ministry so they have transfer the application
accordingly under section 6(3) of RTI act now my question is if the RTI reply
is dated 30/09/2010,then it must have send the copy of application relevant
concerned on same date, but till today i have not received any reply from any
Public authority and strange thing is that i am receiving the letter by Regd
post on 02/12/2010 and stamp on the Regd post envelop in which i received is
stamped dated 01/12/2010, post office New Delhi, so my doubt is that PIO has
given Reply after receiving of 1st Appeal, and offloaded his reply to other
ministries,
So please advice me what should i do now, should i
make 2nd appeal to education ministry,1st appeal to other PA, if yes on which
ground, or should made direct complaint to CIC.
