Action sought against Hathras candidate for improper DM remarks

I have sent a complaint to the Election Commission against a statement of a Hathras candidate Sri Ramji Lal Suman that a parliamentarian is not worth his name if on receiving his telephone call an officer does not wet his pant.

The complaint says that this is a direct threat to all the government servants and comes under the category of offence under section 125, Representation of Peoples Act 1951, 153A and 186 IPC. Hence I have prayed for taking appropriate legal action against Sri Suman.

I have also sent a letter to the Presidents of All India and UP IAS Associations to take cognizance of this threatening statement and rake up the issue at appropriate forum.

RTI casts doubts on Mishra holding a doctorate degree. लखनऊ में लोकसभा चुनाव की सरगर्मी पूरे उफान पर है l लखनऊ से सपा प्रत्याशी अभिषेक मिश्रा के प्रोफेसर बाले पोस्टर,बैनर,पर्चे यत्र-तत्र-सर्वत्र दिखाई दे रहे हैं l अभिषेक मिश्रा स्वयं को देश की प्रतिष्ठित संस्था आई आई एम अहमदाबाद का पूर्व प्रोफेसर बताते आये हैं पर हकीकत में महाशय अभिषेक मिश्रा आई आई एम अहमदाबाद में कभी प्रोफेसर रहे ही नहीं हैं l ऐसे में बड़ा सबाल यह है कि
जिस देश में झूठ बोलकर चतुर्थ श्रेणी तक की नौकरी पाने बाले को न केवल अयोग्य माना जाता है बल्कि उसके खिलाफ आपराधिक मामला भी दर्ज किया जाता है आखिर कैसे उसी देश में अभिषेक मिश्रा सरीखे व्यक्ति जनता के समक्ष असत्य तथ्य तक रखकर अपने आप को बढ़ा - चढ़ाकर दिखाते हैं और कभी विधान सभा पहुंच जाते हैं तो कभी लोक सभा के प्रत्याशी बनकर वोट मांगते दिखाई देते हैं और सारा सिस्टम
मूकदर्शक बना मात्र तमाशा देखता रहता है पर करता कुछ भी नहीं है l

आरटीआई में आई आई एम अहमदाबाद से प्राप्त प्रपत्रों के अनुसार अभिषेक मिश्रा 27 फरवरी 2007 से 01 अक्टूबर 2009 तक की अल्प अवधि के लिए आई आई एम अहमदाबाद में असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर रहे हैं न कि प्रोफेसर l अब सबाल यह है कि जब हकीकत में अभिषेक मिश्रा आई आई एम अहमदाबाद में कभी प्रोफेसर रहे ही नहीं हैं तो लखनऊ में लोकसभा चुनाव में अभिषेक मिश्रा को प्रोफेसर बताने बाले पोस्टर,बैनर,पर्चे
बांटना या बंटवाना क्या जनता के साथ की जा रही धोखाधड़ी नहीं है ? क्या यह लखनऊ की जनता के साथ लखनऊ से सपा प्रत्याशी अभिषेक मिश्रा द्वारा की गयी धोखाधड़ी नहीं है और क्या चुनाव आयोग को इस मामले में अभिषेक मिश्रा को अयोग्य घोषित कर मिश्रा के खिलाफ धोखाधड़ी का आपराधिक मामला दर्ज नहीं कराना चाहिए?

आई आई एम अहमदाबाद, उत्तर प्रदेश शासन और चुनाव आयोग में सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता और इंजीनियर संजय शर्मा और मेरी आरटीआई में प्राप्त प्रपत्रों से अभिषेक मिश्रा की डॉक्टरेट डिग्री पर भी संशय उत्पन्न हो रहा है l आई आई एम अहमदाबाद और उत्तर प्रदेश शासन के पास अभिषेक मिश्रा की डॉक्टरेट डिग्री नहीं है और चुनाव आयोग ने अभी तक आरटीआई का जवाव नहीं दिया है l

अभिषेक मिश्रा के सम्बन्ध में आई आई एम अहमदाबाद में सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता और इंजीनियर संजय शर्मा और मेरी आरटीआई में प्राप्त प्रपत्रों से आई आई एम अहमदाबाद की कार्यप्रणाली पर गंभीर प्रश्नचिन्ह भी लग रहे हैं जो आई आई एम अहमदाबाद और अभिषेक मिश्रा के मध्य दुरभिसन्धि होने की पुष्टि कर रहे है l

It seems there r some in VHP and RSS who are anti Modi and creating fear against him by saying such things so that he looses and NDA is also divided. It helps other parties. But I want to ask everyone here that the freedom which we see in India for all foreign religion do we see that in Pak, Saudi, Dubai, BD, and still there is too much hue and cry. What exactly is fear? Can v go to Pak and Kashmir and then Gujrat and take a real taste? With what design in mind Muslims are breeding children uncontrollably,are those who are getting huge funds for conversions from abroad fear Modi?

Nyayabhoomi has conceived and is implementing the very ambitious “Mission Jawabdehi.” This grassroots movement is designed to ensure that while the common man’s work is done without bribes and harassment, the MPs, MLAs and Counsellors are also held responsible and made accountable. You are invited, along with anyone you may know, to join us in the Mission. If you can spare just 2 hours per week for nation-building, this Mission is for you.

[rti4empowerment] One year extraordinary leave from 01 July- Need blessings

 

Friends,

Today I applied for one year extra-ordinary leave (with no pay) from 01 July 2014 under Rule 15 of the All India Services Leave Rules 1955.

The application says that I have been engaged in various social activities in my personal capacity for long but now it seems to me that I need complete leave of at least one year for full dedication to these social causes, so that I may get myself engaged in these activities with complete devotion, within the boundaries of the service conduct rules. 

I hope this will prove to be an extremely productive and useful period for my future path in life and need your blessings and good wishes for the same.

Afire deep thinking I hv come to conclusion that Godse may hv belonged to RSS but RSS had no roll in assassination of Pujya Gandhi ji. If RSS had such thinking and such cadre then such assassination would have continued on several occasions viz. letting 5 crore illegal migrants and giving them all free ka, which is a huge burden on all locals, which has snatched job opportunities from local Hindus and Muslims and sikh and Esai . They would have done mass campaign for family planning which RSS never did. RSS is that weak and drama type org which has no teeth to bite. Congress uses RSS for creating fear psychosis and gathers vote of minority. Actually not AAP but RSS is a front of congress which has kept congress in power by ensuring that all others unite under UPA. Actually post Independence RSS has done nothing which has benefited India, Indians ( They may hv done good social work ) but nothing solid to ensure that India does not become slave again and that Taliban does not raise its head here. Happenings in Kashmir , Hyderabad etc because RSS is only seen as rival and not as an strong body. RSS is another organisation like Lions and Rotary but not at all one which can ensure that govt. takes any long term steps which can keep populations proportion in tact, which can be seen as protector like atankvadi see a protector in Dawood and ISI all their youth are released inspite of anti-national activities. Azam Owaisi care hell abt RSS and RSS and its cadre fear them like dragon. No one told u all this before except Alok that RSS is a good ploy of Congress so minority can vote for congress and that RSS does not have any long term strategy to save nation from rising Taliban and ISI plannings and as a Trojan hoarse illegal trained migrants are entering, who will take over this country by 2024 till then they will weaken economy, destroy costly installations ( v hv already been hearing daily loosing one costly air force plane or naval ship or even submarines and so on). and so on. And there is a huge threat from communist and aggressor China then why RSS does not become active of North East front, in Nepal, in Burma, in Lanka. Why RSS is not demanding relaxation and support to local producers and tapering down imports from China and to strengthen our manufacturers, traders and business to ultimately revitalize our economy. Today China is thriving due to our orders to them and we are becoming weak. China is a big threat but RSS has allowed communists to spread all over. RSS has no programme, no deep study and is not geared up to face any challenges. When Jains, Parsi, Christians,Buddhists, Tibetans, Dalits, Jews, Sikhs are all nationalists and hv no other place in the world to change loyalty then why RSS is not changing its Hindutva stance and image and take all them together to make nation strong. No RSS will not as they are led by mean minded selfish Hindus who enjoy their existence to congress and help congress by creating fear in the minds of peace loving section of Muslims and others who enmasse vote for congress knowing that congress is corrupt, inefficient and has not taken them anywhere in 60 years and that they continue to struggle for two square meal where as most other countries have become rich and developed in the interim period. Yet they vote for congress as atleast Congress gives them feeling of security though false. Now there is a need for NSS Nationalist Socialist Sangh who can pronounce strict strong programme for nation and stick to it and takes all those citizens together who want family planning, evacuation of illegal migrants , peace and amity with all community and religious groups and be prepared with a vision and strength to face Taliban on one side and China the aggressor on other side. .....the man who saw tomorrow....Alok
