When CBI had conducted raids in coal scam at 30 places in 11 cities on 04 September 2012, immediately after these raids, Sri Arvind Kejriwal had alleged that these raids are mere eye-wash and he had been sent an email by an employee of one raided company that they had got the information two days ahead. The same allegations were made by India Against Corruption saying that they are making the name of the employee public in his interest.
When this news came in Media, I wrote to the Central Vigilance Commission on 07 September requesting for suitable enquiry and appropriate action in the matter. CBI seems to have taken cognizance of this complaint. I got a letter from Sri Ravi Kant, DIG, Economic Offences-I, CBI Headquarters to provide the material available with him for urgent necessary action.
I find this a heartening news for the sake of transparency.
