Dear Mr Shah
Firstly, even while addressing this mail to you I have included you only in the BCC field just to protect your privacy. I have also deleted the series of mail leading to this reply. I had to do this because I am endorsing this mail to Dr Rebello, Anil Gidwani etc who are being quoted in this mail.
Dr Leo Rebello at Mumbai has had a similar experience- KGB throwing out a case without hearing. Rebello then sought the Attorney Generals' permission to prosecute KGB for contempt of his own court! Of course nothing happened thereafter!
Now your opinion, total ignorance at high court level may not be totally true. You can replace ignorance with subversion of law and you may be nearly there.
Then there are quite a few people like you that I know of. Anil Gidwani from Mumbai is one. He had also staged a satyagraha in Mumbai against injustice of the courts.
You may be aware of the Bhushans- Santhi Bhushan and Prashant Bhushan, the father son duo- who are openly fighting for judicial accountability. You may like to read this story- Chief Injustices- in Tehelka at the following link:

The unfortunate thing is that in our country all organs of the constitution have turned out to be anti-people. The engine for change- the law making bodies, stuffed with politicians, are almost mafiadoms! The judiciary has been made a handmaiden to terrorise right thinking people who criticise their decisions which are almost invariably to justify the crimes of the rich and powerful. And the bureaucracy is fishing in the troubled waters! This has been the vision of the much touted visionary of free India - Nehru! Today, if I have to hold one individual responsible for the sordid state of affairs of this coutnry it will be Nehru and the institution will be judiciary! (of course the law making bodies are guilty of failure but it is the judiciary which is proactively subverting even the existing laws. A recent example is that of the CJI declaring himself to be out of purview of the RTI Act!)
A shocking tailpiece: Elections to the local bodies are just over in Kerala. And one of the candidates who have won from prison is an accused in a case where a professor's hand was chopped off for framing a question in a question paper which these islamic fundamentalists felt was blasphemy!
regards n bw
