See the attached files that indicate two separate CTS nos., of Colaba Division, cited in the media to date, and the reasons cited by the Society for their meeting with the MCZMA in 2005 .
CTS No. 462 is on Battery Street with an area of 504.92 sqm. only and I would not consider this related to the Adarsh Society. Note that the owners names are distinctly mentioned.
CTS No. 652 is the one that shows Adarsh Society as one of the owners and this plot - as per property records shown in the image is 3824.43 sqm. only.
The third attachment is a three page pdf file of the 27th meeting of the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority, held in 2005 in which the Adarsh Society is stated under item no. 13 on pages 13 & 14 that feature with page 1 of this pdf.
