Ramanand Tiwari and Suresh Joshi were supposed to be in league with the citizens to ensure accountability and transparency in this Maharashtra, but they were actually "working for the enemy". Our main demands to the Governor are to kick out Tiwari by using his powers under 17(3)(e) of RTI Act, and also punish Suresh Joshi by stopping his pension. This letter has an additional demand: it urges the Governor (who is their appointing authority) to DEMAND A WIRTTEN EXPLANATION FROM TIWARI & JOSHI.
