Today Delhi High Court heard our PIL for Chief IC and 3 ICs Appointments in CIC


High Court gave Government time till tomorrow morning to give clarifications in Court. Additional Solicitor General (ASG) Sanjai Jain  represented government and Shri Prashant Bhushan, Senior Advocate. 

HC verdict expected tomorrow itself.

Today Delhi High Court heard our PIL for Chief IC and 3 ICs Appointments CIC

A Strange couple from Lucknow, Shraddha Saxena & Devendra Shukla,Residents of G 72/17 Sanjay Gandhi Puram Indiranagar Lucknow Uttar Pradesh. Devendra is accused in FIR No. 176/14 U/S 504,506 & 507 IPC filed in Thana Para of Lucknow while Shraddha is accused in FIR No. 113/15 U/S 420/467/468/471 & 167 IPC filed in Thana Para of Lucknow.

Shraddha is from Gwalior district of Madhya Pradesh & Devendra is from Jaunpur district of Uttar Pradesh.

Shraddha is English lecturer in Govt. G. B. Pant Polytechnic Lucknow & Devendra, a MBA from Jaipuria Institute is Marketing Manager at Ingram Micro.

लखनऊ के पारा पुलिस स्टेशन में दर्ज दो प्रथम सूचना रिपोर्टों की धाराओं से स्पष्ट हो रहा है कि लखनऊ के संजय गाँधी पुरम इंदिरानगर निवासी यह एक ऐसी बेमिसाल दंपत्ति है जिसमें पति देवेन्द्र शुक्ला शोहदा है तो पत्नी श्रद्धा सक्सेना जालसाज़.

श्रद्धा मूलतः ग्वालियर मध्य प्रदेश की रहने बाली है तो देवेन्द्र उत्तर प्रदेश के जौनपुर जिले का.

श्रद्धा लखनऊ के जी. बी. पंत पॉलिटेक्निक में अँग्रेज़ी की प्रवक्ता है तो जयपुरिया इन्स्टिट्यूट से एमबीए देवेन्द्र इंग्रम माइक्रो के मार्केटिंग विभाग में कार्यरत.

इस दंपत्ति की फोटो और इन पर दर्ज एफआईआर यहाँ पायें और आपराधिक मानसिकता बाली श्रद्धा सक्सेना और देवेन्द्र शुक्ला से सावधान रहें.
